My biggest problem if I do this again would be being questioned by my wife. She was out of town for 5 days when I did it. The needle I did use was an 18 ga.

I think air is the best way to go. I stay inflated for quiet awhile and the cock the longest. Weeks!! I also found out that if you dont tie up your balls and cock air will get into your stomach and higher even throat making me talk funny for 5 days. I don't like it. I usually inflate many times over several hours and the holes leak to point you can't inflate fully.

Try air and 18gage needle and be sure to tie off your ball sack and cock or air will go into stomach. Youll be pumped up for days and cock for couple of weeks

I did it! I infused 1500 ml and the look and feel was delicious! Loved it. I used 18 ga needles to speed things up and did both sides of my scrotum. Only thing that I didn't like too much was the weird distortion of my swollen penis that also got saline pumped into it by some crazy piping. The testicles were swimming for 3 days but, even after 1 day, there was reduced scrotal swelling. Penis took longer to return to normal than the rest. I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I had a few days with the wife away.

Just the sight if that needle and your scrotum gets me so hard. Still working up the nerve but I want one of those grapefruit-sized ball sacs in the worst way. I'll give myself one soon.
