I use rubber exercise tubes with the hard plastic tube from the barrel of an ink pen to hold the ends together while I slapped my aching balls with a wooden paint stirrer until they were cherry red. I had to rub them a long time to make them feel better and later emptied my heavy load that brought much needed release.
