Unexpected Knock on the Door Turned His Already Blue Balls Blue

After I had him balls free range, rocking them with my fists and stepping on them I decide his misery for the day is finally satisfying enough to give him a reward. Unfortunately for him somebody knocked on the door and he really had blue balls after that LOL
